Yes, although it is cheap, it works and connects okay. This 25' cable seemed stuck in the pc port although I kept pushing down on the lock lever to release it. I had no problem with my Internet signal or Internet performance. But, I had a very difficult time trying to disconnect it from my laptop pc when I wanted to change to a smaller sized cable. It reached a point where the blue plastic cable cover started to stretch and separate from the cable grip at the pc port before it finally disconnected. I had no problem with disconnecting the other end which was connected to the modem.
